We’ve been getting more flattering feedback from new and established customers this past month, telling us how much they are enjoying our “tasty and flavorful bread”. While everybody finds delicious food satisfying, it’s equally satisfying to know that the food we’re consuming is healthy and truly good for our bodies.
Our breads begin in the fields of organic farms where heirloom, heritage, and landrace (local cultivars) grains are grown completely free of chemicals – no pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers whatsoever. Harvested grain berries are stoneground, a traditional process yielding fresh flours full of the grains’ original nutrition and flavor. We’ll discuss why stone milled flours are better for you in an upcoming post,. In the interim, enjoy the superior flavor!
We’ll have a nice selection of our 100% sourdough bread on the shelves of your local CO-OP this week – please see the menu below for details. Whatever your preference, we deliver fresh to your local CO-OP on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Be sure to get some to share with your friends and family!
