After a busy winter building out our new baking facility, we are opening the new season Saturday May 21st at the Menomonie Farmers Market. We are excited to be bringing quality, hand crafted breads to you again this summer.
Saturday we are featuring three popular loaves: Organic Stone Ground Sourdough, Kalamata Olive and Rosemary, and Sundried Tomato and Oregano – all naturally leavened, long fermented, and handcrafted with locally sourced, certified organic stone-ground flour. Also available is our savory Three Cheese Focaccia. Lastly and new to our line up is a luxurious Cinnamon Brioche. It’s soft, a little sweet, and utterly indulgent.
Whatever your flavor preference, take a few loaves home and treat yourself !
