Many of our regular Wednesday customers are requesting focaccias, so we’ll be bringing focaccia today. Don’t forget to pick up some bread for the 4th July weekend if you’re traveling up north before Saturday.
On the roster this week is a crowd favorite, our signature Organic Stone Ground Sourdough. Organic, healthy, and most importantly, delicious ! We’ll also have the zesty Jalapeño Jack, and Seeded – all naturally leavened, long fermented, and handcrafted with locally sourced, certified organic stone-ground flour from Meadowlark Organics.
As previously mentioned, we’ll also have focaccia. We’ve offered several different topping options but many customers have told us that they prefer the Three Cheese, and we have obliged ! As always, all of our cheese is from the great state of Wisconsin.
