Who wants some tasty focaccia today ?  Come on out and add some to your bread order!

On the roster this week is a crowd favorite, our signature Organic Stone Ground Sourdough. Organic, healthy, and most importantly, delicious ! We’ll also have Kalamata Olive and Rosemary, and Sun-dried Tomato and Oregano – all naturally leavened, long fermented, and handcrafted with locally sourced, certified organic stone-ground flour from Meadowlark Organics. 

In addition to the loaves described above, we also have Three Cheese Focaccia. Cheesy, savory, and a great appetizer or side for a meal straight off the grill. As always, all of the cheese we use in our recipes is from the great state of Wisconsin.

We’ll be at the Wilson Park Pavilion from 8AM through 1PM or until we are sold out. Stop by and say ‘Hi’ ! We look forward to seeing you.
