Happy Father’s Day weekend ! We’re happy to be back in Menomonie this Saturday with some new varieties of our naturally leavened breads. Be sure to come out early and get some for your celebration.
In addition to our signature Organic Stone Ground Sourdough, we have two specialty loaves on offer: Parmesan Thyme and Cranberry Walnut – all naturally leavened, long fermented, and handcrafted with locally sourced, certified organic stone-ground flour from Meadowlark Organics.
We’re also introducing a new focaccia today – Tomato Mozza Focaccia. The mild tang of naturally leavened dough topped with tomato, oregano and mozzarella cheese make this a focaccia that’s sure to please your friends and family.
