We’re happy to be back in Menomonie this Saturday, come on out and get yourself some great bread!

In addition to our signature Organic Stone Ground Sourdough, we have two specialty loaves on offer:  Cheddar Peppercorn and Oatmeal Raisin  – all naturally leavened, long fermented, and handcrafted with locally sourced, certified organic stone-ground flour.

As it’s Saturday, how about some tasty focaccia? Today we have Pesto Mozza Focaccia – the tanginess of naturally leavened dough topped with basil pesto and mozzarella cheese make this a treat that’s sure to keep your friends and family coming back for more.
