Coming to the market is like watching the garden grow. Our farmers and vendors bring something new every week and we rotate our offerings weekly so you get a chance to try them all. Today we have an expanded selection of our breads available for you to enjoy. Along with our signature Organic Stone Ground Sourdough, we are offering three specialty loaves: Sun-dried Tomato, Kalamata Olive and Rosemary, and Cranberry Walnut – all naturally leavened, long fermented, and handcrafted with locally sourced, certified organic stone-ground flour.
We also have our Three Cheese Focaccia for you to take home for dinner tonight. Warm some up on the grill to accompany your steak, or cut into squares and use it for burger buns. However you choose to enjoy it, you can rely on it being good !
