Happy Independence Day weekend !  Don’t forget to come on out and get some fresh bread to enjoy at your celebrations.  Your friends and family will be happy you did !

We have an expanded roster this week, and here is what we have on offer.  First we have our signature Organic Stone Ground Sourdough. Organic, healthy, and most importantly, delicious ! We’ll also have the zesty Jalapeño Jack, the popular Seeded, and new to the Menomonie Market, tasty Raisin Pecan – all naturally leavened, long fermented, and handcrafted with locally sourced, certified organic stone-ground flour. 

In addition to the loaves described above, we also have Three Cheese Focaccia. Cheesy, savory, and a great appetizer or side for a meal straight off the grill. Consider cutting your focaccia into burger-sized squares and using it as a flavor packed replacement for hamburger buns. Focaccia has replaced the hamburger buns at our cookouts, and our friends and family love it ! As always, all of the cheese we use in our recipes is from the great state of Wisconsin.
