We’re back in Menomonie this Saturday, and in addition to the quality bread you’ve grown to love, we will be bringing along some of our Organic Stoneground Pizza Crusts. The foundation of any great pizza is a tasty crust and our crusts help elevate your favorite toppings to pizza greatness. Once you’ve made your own pizza at home using our crusts, you’ll never want another frozen pizza again. Be sure to give them a try!

Along with our pizza crusts, we’ll be offering our Heritage Red Fife and two specialty loaves: Spiced Dark Rye and Oatmeal Raisin – all naturally leavened, long fermented, and handcrafted with locally sourced, certified organic stone-ground flour. 

I’d like to take a moment to talk about the important role long fermentation plays in our production process. People commonly say “time is money” but in the naturally leavened bread business, “time is flavor”. We refuse to take shortcuts (e.g. adding yeast) and are committed to investing the time it takes to develop the most nutritious and best tasting products for you and your family. Be sure to include our products as part of your healthy diet  – flavor and nutrition are not mutually exclusive!
