It’s been a while, but this week we’re bringing back a customer favorite (and a favorite of ours as well): Jalapeño Jack! Some folks hear “Jalapeño” and think “spicy”. We believe our flavor profile is a bit more subdued, and find that the jalapeño helps offset the creaminess of the Ellsworth’s jack cheese for a wonderful balance. However you wish to describe it, it’s guaranteed to pump up the volume on your sandwich or perfectly complement your bowl of soup. Be sure to get some before it’s sold out!
In addition to our Jalapeño Jack, we’ll have an assortment of foundation and heritage grain loaves on the shelves of your local CO-OP that will be sure to please. The lineup is anchored with our signature Organic Stoneground, and has other choices as well. Whatever your preference, we deliver fresh to your local CO-OP on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (and for the time being, Friday deliveries only in Hudson). Be sure to get some to share with your friends and family!
