Six more weeks of winter, says Punxsutawney Phil! But don’t worry – while the groundhog hunkers down, our ovens are staying toasty warm at Rising Bread. Three times a week, we’re bringing you crusty, naturally leavened loaves that’ll make your winter days a little cozier. Each one is crafted with certified organic, stone-milled flour from our local farming partners and given the time it needs to develop those complex, soul-warming flavors.
And here’s something to get excited about: We’ve got some new creations coming in 2025 that’ll make any sourdough enthusiast’s heart skip a beat. (Trust us, they’re worth the wait!)
