This week we are introducing a fan favorite from our farmer’s market days. Organic Polenta Herb is our naturally leavened, long fermented sourdough married with a creamy porridge made from organic heirloom yellow flint corn and infused with a traditional blend of herbs yielding a sweet and savory loaf. We’ve been told it’s a winner, and we agree!
In addition to Organic Polenta Herb, we’ll have a nice selection of flavorful foundation sourdoughs, and a touch of sweetness with Raisin Walnut.
