We are test baking a new hearth bread, and it’s sure to please those who enjoy a more robust loaf, especially the rye bread fans.

Starting with a blend of organic rye and wheat flours, we add rye malt and a blend of spices (caraway, fennel, coriander and anise) that we toast and mill in house to accent the flavor, yielding a fragrant and flavorful rye sourdough.

Great as a foundation for your favorite sandwich, toasted with a slathering of salted butter, or as a tasty accompaniment to a bowl of hot soup.  We’ll let you know when Spiced Dark Rye goes to market – stand by for details!
