There are three more summer markets before the season comes to an end, but we we will have great bread for you through season’s end. We’ll also be participating in the winter market at the Raw Deal in Menomonie beginning November 5th, so fear not – you’ll still be able to satisfy your desire for tasty bread! We are offering our signature Organic Stoneground Sourdough and three specialty loaves: Seeded, Blackberry Potato and Rosemary and Fig and Walnut – all naturally leavened, long fermented, and handcrafted with locally sourced, certified organic stone-ground flour. 

For the focaccia fans, we’ll have our Pesto Mozza Focaccia on hand but it goes fast so come early if you want to take some home to warm up for a game time snack or a tasty side for your meal.

We’ll be at the Wilson Park Pavilion from 8AM through 1PM or until we are sold out.  Stop by and say ‘Hi’! We look forward to seeing you.
