These past few months, we have been busy building out our new space and have almost crossed the finish line. All of our equipment is finally in place and we have successfully completed our building and health inspections.

Weโ€™ve also completely transitioned to using certified organic, locally sourced grain and flour for our products. We have tested and refined all of our recipes with the new stone ground flour and are thrilled with the results !

In addition to our current customer favorites, we eagerly look forward to bringing new bread varieties as well as a new line of whole grain treats for those of you who enjoy adding some sweetness to your day. Stay tuned for more developments !
