Saturdays bring expanded offerings and an opportunity to try some of our other baked goods you may not have seen before.
Along with our signature Organic Stone Ground Sourdough, we are offering two specialty loaves: Curds and Dill (made with squeaky fresh curds from our friends at Taste and See), and Oatmeal Raisin – all naturally leavened, long fermented, and handcrafted with locally sourced, certified organic stone-ground flour.
We’re also introducing a new focaccia today – Pesto Mozza Focaccia. The mild tang of naturally leavened dough combined with tasty pesto and mozzarella cheese make this a savory taste treat. We recently warmed some up on the grill alongside our steak and it turned out to be a great alternative to the usual baked potato. Be sure to get some to warm up as an appetizer for your graduation party or as the perfect addition to your dinner plans. Out with boring dinner rolls and in with tasty focaccia !
