It’s a new market week and we’re happy to be back at the Menomonie Market with a new slate of fresh, tasty bread. Be sure to come out and get some to take home!

Today we are offering our signature Organic Stoneground Sourdough and the always popular Cranberry Walnut specialty loaf – both naturally leavened, long fermented, and handcrafted with locally sourced, certified organic stone-ground flour. 

Our Garlic Herb Mozza Focaccia will also be available for those craving some savory focaccia. It’s a great way to pump up the flavor profile on your weekday meals so take some home to share with your family and friends.
