We have received our shipment of organic whole grain Spelt flour and our Organic Heirloom Spelt is back on the menu this week. While our Organic Heirloom Spelt shares many similarities with our Organic Stoneground, we craft it with a heartier sourdough starter and higher percentage of whole grain organic heirloom flour. Like all of our authentic sourdough breads, it possesses the health benefits from natural leavening and long fermentation, and delivers a pleasingly mellow, nutty flavor. It’s one of our favorites and we hope it will soon be one of yours!
This week we are delivering a nice selection of our healthy, 100% sourdough for you to enjoy. We’ll have our signature Organic Stoneground, plus Organic Heirloom Spelt, Organic Sourdough Rye, Organic Oatmeal Raisin, and Organic Sun-dried Tomato and Rosemary.
