We’ve finally arrived at our last summer market in Wilson Park. While it’s a bittersweet occasion for us, it’s going to be a beautiful fall day so come on out and get yourself some great, fresh bread! 

The summer market is ending, but we’ll be participating in the winter market at the Raw Deal in Menomonie beginning November 5th, so fear not – you’ll still be able to satisfy your desire for tasty bread! See our Winter Market Locations page for details.

Today we are offering our signature Organic Stoneground Sourdough and three specialty loaves: Seeded, Parmesan Thyme and the always popular Cranberry Walnut – all naturally leavened, long fermented, and handcrafted with locally sourced, certified organic stone-ground flour. 

We’re also launching a new offering for the focaccia fans. Salsa Fiesta Is our newest focaccia and our tests have shown that the combination of zesty salsa and a medley of cheeses provides a “South of the Border” flavor profile that hits the spot. Come early if you want to take some home to warm up for a game time snack or a tasty side for your meal.
